There are currently 205,445 Members on Lottery Post. Members are spread around the world. I do not have a breakdown of this spread.

It seems only a matter of time before someone here will be infected (if it has not already happened). Think about that for a minute. An infection rate of 1% (pulled from thin air) is equal to 2054 Members. A death rate of 5% (from thin air) is equal to 103 Members.

Pretty Scary

My place of employment is still open and there a non essential business. I can’t believe there getting away with it. We’ll see what happens this week.

In a brick and mortar business when someone turns out to have been incubating COVID-19 or flu for a week like the critter in Alien, they manage to infect their fellow workers and the business can shut down. Lucky for us LP is online so the only one we really need to worry about is Todd. Now there is a lot they're not telling us. If a pandemic doctor from 1918/19 time traveled to today and took a place among the task force doctors or tv doctors, he would be perfectly comfortable considering they aren't really telling much more then social distancing and hand washing. In fact that doctor might have had some better symptom remedies in the back of the medicine wagon then you can find in the supermarket today. If Todd knows as much as I think he does, he'll be taking extra vitamin C, D, NAC, Selenium and Zinc. You have to be careful with zinc because too much can cost you your sense of smell and you don't get it back, some of you might remember that cold remedy where you put a zinc coated swab up the nose, it worked, it's also off the market. When we read about some people having mild symptoms, it may be because those people strengthened their immune systems. When asked about improving immune systems, the tv doc suggested eating more fruits and veggies, they really don't get supplements. Todd stay well we're all depending on you, keep up your immune system.

I'm not sure why you would post this.

Pick any forum category and look ar replies and views, most are well under 10%, even 5%.

There are many members, very few actually post.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

Allen, where do you get a death rate of 5%? First they said millions would die, then they said 100,000 could die, now they say the death rate is 0.66%? It does however hit older people harder than others and (as in previous years) they should take more stringent precautions. The CDC estimates 80,000 Americans died of the common flu last winter.

If anything gets me, it won't be this over-hyped virus.

Try Reading my Post again. Notice the words "Thin Air".

I do not suggest that the Percentage is actual, although I did see some earlier estimates about the number of infected that will Die. Using your 0.66% death rate on 1% of Lp Membership is around 11 people. If you have the estimated percentage of how many will get the virus you can do the math.

Also if we are only concerned with the 5% of members that are active it is only 1 person.

Your denial and habits just might increase the odds that it is You.

They've been trying to get rid of this President for years. First it was Russian collusion, that investigation lasted for 3 years. Then it was impeachment over a phone call to the Ukraine President that went nowhere. Now its the dems and media going nuts over a virus that they are trying to blame on Trump.

I agree with you that Trump is doing the job. There is no doubt that the dems and media are going after Trump because of their blind hatred of Him.

I would not be inclined to believe anything from the Chinese Commies. They are a lying bunch of thugs and the world would be far better off if every one of them met the Devil (they sure won't go to heaven)

But folks are still dying and it does not matter which party they are from. The Commies have the advantage here because they can stay safe, while their population decreases and they do not Care. As long as they can fool people with their phony numbers, they are happy.

We will beat this thing because of the collective efforts of clear thinking people that are not stricken with political bias and hatred of the president. Testing is about to explode and there are promising <snip>tail of existing drugs that I think are very effective. A vaccine is in the works that will end all of this, hopefully very soon.

Hatred works both ways Man. I am just saying, don't let your hatred of the dems and media cloud your judgement. Thru all of the media disinformation there are clear voices that they can not ignore that are telling us what is real. Believe them for your own safety.

Just looked at the CDC website. In 2018-2019 season there were an estimated 34,000 deaths from the flu.

In the 2017-2018 season there were about 62,000 deaths. The deaths included all age groups although they do break it down into age groups.

They are expecting at least 100,000 deaths from Covid-19, maybe up to 200,000, in the US. This is a serious disease, partly because unlike the flu, you can have and not know it, all the while spreading it to other people. It also attacks differently than the flu. So, you running around without a care in the world may have it and are spreading it others who may not survive it. And yes, we will all stand before God, but that doesn't mean it's ok to be careless and not have concern for your fellow man. If you don't care about dying that's fine, but think about others that do care. You don't have to hide under bed sheets. Just use common sense, and use social distancing. My wife and I are in our 60's, she has Leukemia, and obviously her immune system is severely compromised. Except for going to the hospital for treatments, she stays in the house. Me, I have to do the shopping, get meds for her, etc. It angers me when an idiot walks right up next to me.

I voted for Trump, but for one second I don't really believe this virus came about to be used to get rid of Trump, or blame on Trump. The issue with Trump is he might have taken it more seriously when it started here.
