Please read this! I will be doing the inspector tool this week. The instructions are the same for Inspector 3 or Inspector 4.
Lottery Post's Inspector 3 system is designed to inspect a list of Pick 3 combinations and tabulate them according to a series of classifications, allowing you to see if the combinations and the digits they contain are biased in any way. The Inspector 3 system does not create the initial set of Pick 3 combinations; you input the combinations from whatever source(s) you like, and it will process them. In addition, the Inspector 3 system can automatically generate a list of combinations based on predictions and/or past results. (Use the popup menus on the Predictions and Results pages to generate the combinations in this manner.)
Below are specific instructions for using Inspector 3. If you need additional assistance, try posting questions to the Pick 3 forum, where other Lottery Post will be more than happy to help.
You must be a Gold or Platinum member to have unlimited use of the Inspector 3 system.
Standard members have a free trial period of 20 uses before the system is locked. Each time you click the Inspect Combinations button, your allowed usage is reduced by one.
You can enter between 1 and 10,000 combinations to inspect.
High/Low tabulates how many high digits (5-9) and low digits (0-4) the combination has.
Even/Odd tabulates how many even digits (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) and odd digits (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) the combination has.
In/Out tabulates how many "in" (inner) digits (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and "out" (outer) digits (0, 1, 2, 8, 9) the combination has.
Sums calculates the sum of the three digits in the combination. e.g., the sum of the combination 1-2-3 is 6 (1 + 2 + 3 = 6).
Root Sums calculates the root sum of the three digits in the combination. e.g., the root sum of the combination 7-5-7 is 1 (7 + 5 + 7 = 19, 1 + 9 = 10, 1 + 0 = 1).
Sum Last Digit calculates the last digit of the sum of the three digits in the combination. e.g., the sum of the combination 7-8-9 is 24 (7 + 8 + 9 = 24), so the Sum Last Digit is 4.
Key Number tabulates if the combination contains a key number in at least one of the digits. e.g., 1-2-3 contains the key number 2, but the combination 4-5-6 does not.
Pairs indicates which pairs (2-digit combinations) are included within each combination. There are a total of 55 different pairs, always listed with the low number first. There are three pairs in every Pick 3 combination: (1) the first two digits, (2) the first and third digit, and (3) the last two digits.
Number Type tabulates if the combination is a single (ABC - all three different digits), double (AAB - contains only two unique numbers), or a triple (AAA - all digits are the same).
Odds of Winning calculates the odds that you would win if you played all the combinations entered. The odds are calculated based on playing both straight and box, and the number of unique combinations for both straight and box are displayed.
Ignoring Duplicates - Inspector 3 has an optional filtering system that can remove duplicate combinations from your list. Selecting the first check box, Ignore duplicate combinations, will only include the first instance of a combination which is repeated in the input list. (In this case, duplicates are identified based on a straight match, not box combination.)
If you select the second check box, Also ignore duplicate box combinations, then any given box combination appearing in your input list will only be inspected once.
If you select the third check box, Remove duplicates from the input list, then in addition to ignoring duplicates during the inspection process, any duplicates will be deleted from the input box. If you do not check this box, then any duplicate combinations will remain in the input box, even though they were not inspected.
Compressed Results - If you select this option zero values are not shown in the final report. For example, if there are no triples in the list of combinations, selecting this option will hide the report entry for "Triples: 0%". This option is especially good for small lists of combinations, when there will be many empty (zero) entries in the final report.
Today's lesson will be about the Inspector 3 and 4 tool. It is one of my favorite tools. I think I got carpal tunnel syndrome from using it so much. You can use the tool directly from the lottery results page, Lucky's system numbers, or input your own numbers. After using it so much I know what sum is drawn the most in Florida for pick 3 and pick 4. That knowledge has help me win. You don't have to remember everything you read about the classifications. The system does it for you. If you use the tool you will begin to notice how the numbers fall in your state. On the first of the month I Inspect the winning numbers for the past month and the patterns remains the same. Month after month. Remember, If you want to see what has not been draw. Un-check compressed results to see zero matches.
Homework: Go to your state results page. Click on more and Inspect your states winning numbers for the last 7, 14, 30, 60, and 90 days and tell us what patterns you noticed?

Today's Lesson: How I use Lucky'sDailyTracker for Pick 3 and Pick 4. I check the numbers after every draw. I compare with my own picks and workouts. When I hit 7815 str8. I was already playing 5178. So when I saw it I added it str8. If I see a number close to the recent winning number in my state I will add it to my picks. Some times I will notice a certain number keeps showing up in different combinations and I will also add to my picks. Before I ever played one number from the list. I just watched it to see if the numbers were hitting or coming close. Please monitor your state before playing the numbers. You can use the key numbers to make your own combination. You can also use Deflate or Inspector for the numbers directly from the list. Good luck everyone.
*Remember the numbers recalibrate and disappear immediately after every draw. So print them out or just write them down.

Today's Lesson: How I use Lucky's Followers System for Pick 3. Because the followers provide more numbers I choose from one of the following:
The Full Set of 30 Followers
16 Premium Numbers
8 Numbers of the Day
1 Key Follower
Then I compare with my own picks and workouts. Monitor your state before playing the numbers. Don't forget you can also use Deflate or Inspector for the numbers directly from the list. Good luck everyone.

Today's lesson: How I use the search tool. We all know how to go to our state lottery and search numbers. But on LP you can search numbers in other states. You can search a number in "all states" to see if it's a traveler. Sometimes I will search a number and check the calendar to see what number came before and after the winning number last time. You can also search to see if it is a number that is drawn a lot by looking at all available history. Is it a number that is drawn in the midday more than evening draws? Use modify search so you do start over. The option button comes in handy. I prefer to search a number box first to see how many times it has come. Then I click the straight to see if the number has comes straight. When I see There are no results matching the criteria you specified I get excited. That number has to hit straight eventually! Good luck everyone.
Homework: Did you know some numbers seem to hit in certain months all the time. 1964 has only hit 3 times straight in Florida and every time in was in the same month. What month was it?

If you want to search in Pick3 you don't need to use 3#s either. You can search just 1#, or pairs, and search by position too. That's good if you want to know if something is hot or cold in a certain position.

Very Important! Today's lesson involves the combination analysis tool. I wasn't going to do this yet. But it helped me win $2500.00 today. Everyday I check the combination analysis tool to see what number won on this day. This morning I checked to see all the pick 4 numbers that won on January 19th and I saw 7581 came on this day. Then I check Lucky's Daily Tracker. It had 7815 and 7518. I was playing 5178 already str8/box. So I added 7815 and 7518 str8 only and Florida's midday winning number was 7815. It all works together. You have access to the tools, might as well learn to use them.
BTW, On January 17th. the winning number was 5442. I was so mad because I look right at the 4245 that won on January 17, 2014.
So your homework is to get familiar with combination analysis tool. Look to see what the winning numbers was on January 20th. Compare with your own numbers and numbers from Lucky's system. It works for Pick 3 and Pick 4. The great thing about this tool. You don't have to go back year after year of the calendars. One click and you will see all the numbers on one page.
Today is the same situation. Using the analysis tool, I see that 8247 hit in 2013 and 4278 is on Lucky's Daily Tracker.

Bonus Lesson: Take a look at other states winning numbers. You can click the results link at the top for All results on one page, daily numbers games and custom lottery results. If you have some time take a look at any state you like. You may notice a pattern similar to your state. You can see what numbers follows a winning number. You can see if a number traveling (hitting) in multiple states. This is really helpful for people who play in other states. Because I play pick 5 in Florida. I look at winning pick 5 numbers in states that have pick 5. Did you know Germany has plus 5? I didn't until I started looking at winning numbers in other lotteries. Florida pick 5 evening winner 29046. Germany Plus 5 winning number: 29069. I may add this number to my plays. Good luck everyone.

Question: For Lucky's followers, when I check the Midday box are those the followers of yesterday's midday number or the evening number? Yesterday the top follower under Midday was 283 and 832 hit evening. I didn't even check to see if playing it made sense in the evening. I'm seeing that it's good to check things for both drawings and perhaps a day or so after, correct? It's a lot to learn but trying to pick up some pieces! Thank you!

Remember the numbers recalibrate after every draw. Even if it says "midday" and if I see a number I like. I will play it in the evening because it is the next draw. After you get use to using the system. You will notice that happens a lot. Also, if I notice a number keep showing up in Lucky's Daily Tracker I see that as a sign to keep playing it. Good luck.
