Strategy: RBTL (read-between-the-lines) and Quirky

How it works (RBTL): Find past picks to predict future picks

How it works (Quirky): Invert numbers to create new picks

Fact: FL Pick4 4/16/21 Eve = 6417

RBTL found last winner had permutations of 4716 and 7461 in the YYYY/MM of 2009-09 in repeated list

Fact: 2009-09 - 1876 0365 0635 1900 7411 4716 1714 7461 5105 1009 7186 5015

Prediction Rationale: Because past winner occurred twice in 2009-09, next winner has high likelihood of being close by.

Good question, mitachoo!

Better explanation: The Pick4 numbers always repeat. When they repeat they bring their 'friends' along. Since we found 6417 in 2009-09, it was/is highly likely the next winner will be in the adjacent YYYY/MMs.

Hence we choose:

RBTL is how I got my first 'real' win ($8500) in 2019. Everything I was doing before, was futile.

Tokecap, Congrats! You pulled it exactly from the FL Lottery website. Now, imagine if you had such data handy for all states when you needed to predict next winner. That's what my platform (RBTL) does.

I used to map this data by manually to Google Spreadhseets/Excel. Tedious.

Thanks Will! I had "backed out" some of what you describe based on your previous posts and had already started setting up my Excel Spreadsheet for backtesting of my state (Connecticut), and your latest post filled in the gaps. Off I go to backtest, will report later

I tried to Google that platform but could not find - could only find point of sales tools for lottery retailers haha

A lottery data platform (LDP) - Is a repository of past lottery data (winning numbers) and querying tool (that allows you to ask questions of the data).

Questions you can ask the LDP:

Q1: What pick4 number has never been drawn before? Why is that important? ANSWER: If it's never been drawn before why play it

Q2: What numbers occur the most? Why is that important? ANSWER: Play them.
