Okay apologies in
advance. Do you know of anyone finding a winning scratch off ticket is it does not have winning numbers but it's still a winner?
No worries and good question. Can you post a pic of the ticket? Could it perhaps be one one the new Bonus Triple Match?...lots of people don't read carefully so aren't aware that many tickets without a winning number match can still win.

saw it with my own eyes ! was at my local Publix after buying my favorite ice cream when I stopped to look at the latest tickets in the machine and a young lady steps up and bought THREE $10 MADNESS tickets - she scooted over to the counter (where I could easily see ) and scratched - TWO $500 WINS ! I could not believe it .......... what are the ODDS of that happening ??
Hey skeptic, that's pretty amazing!...hope you can score like that next time.
So, right or wrong, in taking your question literally and knowing that sequential probability isn't my specialty, I believe it's simply odds of getting one multiplied by two. So, if a $500 win is 1/136 for one, then odds of getting a $500 for two in a row is 1/136 x 1/136, or about 1/18,500

So at my usual Publix the counter template and machine always have had mainly recent games. This week that changed with the machine's offering. The $20 LFL showed up!...(after literally years), and a couple older $2 games too ($30 Grand, and Money Roll). The girls at the counter as expected had no idea.
I'm avoiding unnecessary trips so instead of touring Publix stores in my area I'd figure I'd check and see if anyone noticed similar changes in game offerings at nearby Publix...here's a pic showing the new, old games...excuse me if a bit blurry, had to move quickly as there was a line to use it after I finished:

Wow, LFL showing up in the machine is surprising. Wonder what the book number is?

I've heard that this LFL "renaissance" (and other old tickets showing up in mainstream places) is widespread in Fl, and the theory is that it's related to a latex shortage (needed for manufacture of gloves in fighting the pandemic)
So in lieu of the lotto paying more $ for new game stock and reorders they are pushing out existing old stock.
I've not researched this theory but given everything going on it could hold some water.
BTW the book in this particular game was in the 633K range (I could not pass up buying some).

Yes my local Publix in North Florida has the same assortment in their lottery machine. LFL is down to its last 200k a year prize. Wonder how long that last top prize will last.

Hi there CAPE - I checked around - Walmart and Publix have LFL - even a few gas stations have them as well - I thought LFL was recently 'reordered'?
The game has about $42M left in total ticket value - compared to $20 GR with $168 M and Black GR $30 ticket with $191M (if my eyes read right:)
Anyway the 'hunt' for LFL I enjoyed for months is no longer ........ I bet the game will sell out fast now - I would guess a lot of people never saw LFL in the machine before - not at least in the past several years - they might think it's a brand new ticket and start buying ....... I wonder if we'll start hearing complaints about how hard it is to scratch !!! lol .......
The lottery can do whatever they want whenever they want - just like they yanked $20 Billionaire ticket a while back with a bunch of top prizes left ...... and what about the 100X from several years ago ?? Didn't they yank those too with several top prizes left ?

Hi MsBee18, thanks for the info, so yep seems like a state-wide development in terms of the LFL. I've gotta imagine that the last prizes in that game are being placed (or have been). I'm playing it.

Hi Skeptic, I've also seen the LFL now pushed out to lots of places. In terms of reorder, I'm pretty sure that at some point it was reordered, but years ago. I've been tracking this game for a bit and it appears to be somewhere north of 90% sold, so I believe you're absolutely correct in predicting it will not last long.
As we go into what appears to be the LFL end-of-days, I agree that this game has essentially been an insiders ticket way removed from most mainstream places and casual players...being quietly kept alive mostly in the dusty template boxes of mom and pop places with a little grime in the corners and squeaky front doors...far removed from the usual spit and polished high-traffic places.
Absolutely valid insight about the Lotto being unpredictable. The $20 Billions tickets was I think an early lesson for them in ordering a huge number of ticket pools with minimal game theme price point integration...lots of early excitement and sales, which tapered off quickly and left them with a million books and zilch demand.
So back to our LFL, in making the rounds in confirming its mass distribution I cashed in my modest winners at the nearby Winn Dixie. The gal at the service counter had recalled seeing "some sort of notice" from the Lotto on how to handle it, but I still needed to walk her through paying them. I don't blame her...most all clerks only know the single action scan redemption process.
My last stop was one of my usual mom and pop places, if nothing else to chat with the nice Indian proprietor I'm friendly with and grab some other harder to find scratch games. His template box had the LFL at the ready in the same spot it's been in for years. I had him pull a few of them just as he's done for me so many times. Lo and Behold after playing probably 20 or so LFL tickets at various places with nothing significant ironically I end up scoring the below $500 Win All from his store. Just goes to show sometimes there's truly no place like home...

Best of luck to all!!
South Florida Publix has them as well. I purchased one the other day.
Good luck to all!

Is there a barcode on the LFL cards? I won $40 and I scratched off the bottom, only numbers?
Hi BROCK ! Glad you doubled your money with the $40 win ! You know this game is some 10 years old - looks like the Lottery is cleaning out the remaining tickets by sending them out to most of the retailers - the BAR CODE is on the back side at the top - under it you will see the game # 1048 - followed by the book number - on the front where you scratch WIN UP TO ..... there are as you said, a bunch of numbers. The only ones that count have a short line over three numbers ..... when the clerk goes to cash it she/he scans the reverse bar code then types in the three #'s with the short line over them.
It's the old fashion way - most clerks are unfamiliar as how to redeem it - hope you have a chance to get one the remaining 'life changers' ..... the game should sell out soon as so many places now have them - before it was search/hunt to find a retailer who had 'em ....
@CAPE - look at you with a $500 LFL win - glad you found it at your home base mom n pop store ! CONGRATS

Ahhhhhh ok. Just checked with the new app too. It scans and asks you for the 3 digit pin. My $40 win showed up. Thanks.

Morning all.
I played 2 $30 Gold Rush #25, and 000 as well as two Yellow LFL yesterday (#28 and #15). I also had a $10 Monopoly Jackpot on 000. I lost on every single ticket ,so that's $110 donated to Florida Bright Futures. These types of returns keeps me from playing for the most part these days since I'd rather put money in the stock market. The yellow LFL was found in a Wawa, and 7-Eleven. Like many others in this group, I was able to find it very easily in major retailers in Orlando. It looks like they're pushing out the older games. I'm in agreement that the yellow LFL will end much sooner now with being sold in much higher volume now.
