Smdh, this is why I want to quit... I wasted $40 for mid day. They pick their numbers, it's definitely rigged.... it's not random no matter what anyone believes. All the technology we have now.... why do you think they don't show the drawing live like New York and cut it off a half an hour before hand. It's sad...

Pick 3 Forecast (Multiple States) 15th Edition
I have to take off Forecast #21 since it won yesterday. I'm looking for more forecasts to add. I'm being real strict about choosing the best conditions to play my Level 3 strategies. I basically have a top 5 minimum conditions/parameters to play my strategies and I'm only playing the top 2. They are rare. It feels like trying to find a new spectrum of light that can only be sensed (better/faster) if you have the tools/spreadsheets to search for it. It's like the issue of the technology does
