I think they are holding back a big number because of the NCAA tournaments. The Ohio Lottery allows sports betting and I wonder how much money they take in/pay out during the playoffs and championship games. It's utterly ridiculous that they have not dropped a big number in the pick 3 this year. Crooks!

OTOH if California had legalized sports betting, Oshani's interpreter would not in hot water right now. Their coffers would really be bursting if it ever was addressed there---don't know about that!
