Virginia's real problem* was lost when the topic changed to how many stores people can own.

What's up everyone. And happy mother's day! Is anyone in here from Maryland? I don't know if it's just me. But do there scratch offs seem to be paying out less? Before computer draws. I used to win more buying scratchers. Before when I bought tickets I would atleast recoup some of my money back. Now it seems like little to none. Is this just me?
