Realizing this is a Federal crime is one thing...just think, though it would never happen, if somehow state crimes could be introduced. The Southern Court of NY doesn't play...the ones going after tRump. Don't know about NY laws.

He also fails the reasonable person test. I think others are correct here. He saw the early posted numbers with the missing pb number and went out and bought 26 tickets with each pb number. Just a scammer. Hopefully there is video of this as well. See USA Today info below. Brittany Bailey, the project manager at Taoti, said in court documents that Cheeks' attempted scheme is a way to capitalize on an obvious error on the D.C. Lottery website. U.S. Postal Service worker pleads guilty after caught stealing cash and lottery tickets from mail
The NY Court is going after President Trump for an alleged crime that the Feds declined to pursue. Elevating a business records misdemeanor to a federal crime for an alleged undisclosed underlying crime is not going to hold up on appeal. It's not hard for people to just scroll on by know what I mean? So I guess the balls in your court and you do what

NC State is in the ACC final against North Carolina tonight and might make the dance. Purdue lost today extending what I believe is the weirdest College basketball season in years. Yep, I can remember Jimmy V running around the court looking for someone to hug.

U.S. Postal Service worker pleads guilty after caught stealing cash and lottery tickets from mail
Been a couple of years ago from Grand Jury duty. The DA told us the reason they seek maximum here in Shelby County, KY was for two reasons. 1) 'they' will always seek a plea deal. 2) If you do not seek the maximum, you are not allowed to go into court and up the ante, only what's presented in the courtroom. She said we could take notes, and go to the office down the road if we want to check the status of cases. One case became Federal and wish I could remember the perps name. We had one RICO
