I would think the lottery office would know that they did not send that pack to that particular store. Store owner would be in big trouble. License to sell lottery tickets would be revoked. Maybe cops get involved.

Her ex father-in-law is not going to be getting a kick out of this story one would think. I would be seething mad about it that she didn't keep her mouth shut. Now, I have to deal with that the size of a lottery ticket cost me 75K. I would have given her 15K back which is about the amount i think she should give me for blabbing this. This is why giving lottery tickets as gifts is not a good idea. It usually ends with the gift being worthless of course. But sometimes someone gives away a good one

Had forgot all about this. Congratulations on their huge win. Too bad they didn't release the numbers of players. Probably 15 or more years ago had printed off their multi-page instructions of what to do with big winning lottery tickets. If memory serves me correctly they will cut up to 50 separate checks. I love that idea and glad this state will too, though they never said how many checks would be cut here!

Perhaps if he can't repay all the money the company may go to small claims court? Now if he hit and injured somebody in this pursuit of lottery tickets, then he'd have jail time since it was in the company truck. Companies don't like unwarranted attention.

Any moron (store clerk or otherwise) can call the cops and say they think something is suspicious Yeah, but they said, I was buying $400 worth of Cash-3 lotto tickets but I got arrested for spending that kind of money because they believed that it was drug related. I suppose there are people believing $400 is an extraordinary amount of money, someone might think you're a drug dealer call the cops and they get arrested for carry and/or purchasing items with it, but I'm not that gullible

But I felt as if I hadn't bought anything because I had NO tickets to look at and get in order as I do and put in my NCEL envelope.
