I have to take off Forecast #21 since it won yesterday. I'm looking for more forecasts to add. I'm being real strict about choosing the best conditions to play my Level 3 strategies. I basically have a top 5 minimum conditions/parameters to play my strategies and I'm only playing the top 2. They are rare. It feels like trying to find a new spectrum of light that can only be sensed (better/faster) if you have the tools/spreadsheets to search for it. It's like the issue of the technology does

Creating prediction strategies seems to be a never-ending activity of discovering more more ideal conditions within the stats that are required to play my strategies. I make the best conditions my minimum standard then I do more backtesting to find out the most ideal conditions to make my new standard to play my strategies.
