More and more all-cash jackpot lotto games today than 20 years ago. When will the annuitized jackpot become obsolete?

I've redone my website. Go to www.dr-ew.com. I kept a lot of the old stuff, and I've added some new stuff. Look for more new stuff in the coming weeks.

Even with a small jackpot...say 14-20 million, there is a good chance that i would take an annuity. to have all that money up front like that, I don't think it would be a good thing for me.
