Good luck if you're playing!
I decided to take $10 from the $44 I won on the stupid6 and pick up 4 QPs and 1 line of "lucky" numbers...
at $2 per ticket, I think I will skip this one after tonight (unless I win some $$$ on it). I will track it tho... maybe I will recycle my stupid6 spreadsheet...
I sent the PA lottery a letter requesting that since it's a new game, how about putting the numbers on their website in DRAWN order... no replies yet... I guess I will wait until they update their site to see...

I have to give PA credit on the ads for Match 6.
The TV ads show a basketball player fire up a shot and it goes in the left basket of 3 baskets. The announcer says, "more ways to win". I think it's pretty creative.

gotta check those tickets carefully...
I bought 5, total cost $10
I matched 3 of 6 on 1 line for $2 That's part 1 of the game
out of the 3 line groups I matched 4 of 18 twice for $2 each ($4 ;-) ) AND 5 of 18 on one ticket for $5
grand total... $11
That's twice this week I made more than I spent... come on MUSL... let's go for the hat trick tomorrow night!

I think I'll grab a QP for tuesday's match 6 and save the extra $10 should the PB roll over a hundred million in the near future ;-)
P.S. Match 6 not hit, rolls from 500k to 550k

I'm alittle disappointed with the rollover amount. There will be some nights where Cash 5 with is cheaper and has better odds gets up to $600,000. PA is just going to embarass themselves.

I matched 3 out of 18 (I only bought 1 ticket), so I just missed getting my $2 back. I do like Match 6, but I may only play it from time to time. I would have played it more if the jackpot rolled more. Even $100,000 per drawing would be better.

I must say, for a state the size of Pennsylvania, a $50K rollover is dismal. The under-performing Super 6 should have been a wake-up call, but it looks like the PA Lottery is going to continue its string of confusing and poorly-structured games that don't sell well.
They said when they announced the new game that they were listening to the players and giving them what they wanted. Maybe they should stop listening and provide some leadership.

My only hope is that perhaps it only rolled by $50K because a majority of the cash that went to the jackpot had to cover the $500K portion (since they depleated Super 6 with the roll down).
If it rolls over at only $50K one more time it will really prove that no one cares.

I can see your point of view (giving them another chance). However, don't hold your breath. When a new game debuts and the lottery gets lots of attention, the normal thing is for the first couple of draws to generate lots of business. Then things settle down over time, and you can see if the game is going to last.
Case in point is the Michagan Change Game, which died about a year after it started, even though it had a big opening.
With the $50K rollover it shows (at least to me) that there is confusion and underwhelming response to the game.

I think ultimately that will prove true.
I guess I'd just like to see PA come up with a unique game this is both popular and fun to play. Obviously it will be neither if the jackpot only rolls $50K at a time.
On a side note, Sunday's Cash 5 is already up to $400K. Just $150K less than Match 6, $1 cheaper to play, and jackpot odds that are way better than Match 6.

I'll hold out on Cash5 until it rolls to 600k, that way I only to play it a few times a year ;-)
I believe that $2 per ticket is the turn-off for a 500k jackpot game...
6/49 for $2 for 500k minimum vs 5/39 for $1 for $100k minimum... Cash 5 is the better value... it occasionally rolls to 1 million...and Powerball is only $1 for a chance at "dream money"...
Maybe if they go to $1 per ticket...
I sort of miss the super 7...

Never had luck with the Super 7, even after it was tweaked.
have to agree, the radio and TV ads for match 6 are clever. There is the alternated TV ad, which is a hockey game with three goals and one goalie. Taken rioght off the pamphlet. Which i had to look twice at before I figured out what it was. Good thing that goalie isn't wearing Black and Gold or Hershey brown.
HIt rate is way less on Match 6 than anything else that draws. give it a chance. Hard to beleive that people matched 10 of 6, but that's possible.
As for me had one number. Need better luck. Maybe a better payout table, but with that many combos, the odds have to be high and the pay outs low to make the 40% or so total payout. I think I'll play cash 5 when it is more than Match 6. Maybe if match 6 was $1. Would they lose money? Then the hit rate / odds / draw matrix would probablyu be adjusted upwards.Still playing powerball w/powerplay for the big ones.
No games are bad if you win.
