  What's a good program I can download to test. I would have to be able to input old lottery data to match the prediction with numbers already drawn. (Like being able to input data from Powerball for the time period jan 1998 to Dec 1998, and compare the predictions with the drawing info from Jan. 1999.

  "Lotto-Cheetah",but you won't need too enter any data it does that automatically,also "MaxHit-Pro" allows you too enter past data as well during the trial period or you can update it automatically.
