HE ALSO MADE SOME GOOD POINTS ABOUT FAMILY, FRIENDS, AND EVERYONE ELSE KNOCKING ON THE DOOR WHEN THE ROCK WILL ACCEPT HIS NEW FORTUNE. SO CASH THE ROCK SYAS TO YOU THAT HE WILL TAKE THE ANNUITY OPTION ONCE HE WINS. THE ROCK HAS ATTAINED SOME OF THE BEST HELP THAT MONEY CAN BUY AND HAS BEEN CONVINCED THAT ANNUITY MAY BE A GOOD THING.

TheROCK: You haven't won yet. You don't have to worry about it UNLESS you win, OR you live here in NY (or someplace where you have to choose WHEN you play) where you STILL have to make the choice when you buy the ticket. You've probably been smoking too many Camels (remember JoeCamelANNUITY made the mistake of winning a game that DID NOT have a cash option). Maybe whoever gave you "advice" probably works for a company that buys annuities from lotteries when someone wins but did not/could not choose cash. MY advice to you: Don't go back to that "advisor" IF you win.

hey rock-o-matic, did your finacial advisor mention to you the tax liability implications that you (actually your heirs) would incur upon your eventual death. the annuity is taxed at an incredible rate (the full amount remaining in your purchased annuity if i am not mistaken) upon your death at the transfer of your estate. that is one of the biggest reasons people choose the cash option. with cash option you get your money up front and then you can decide thru good advice what you want to do with it now. you don't have to wait 26 years. plus there is no guarantee that you will live the full 26 years. with cash option you set up a living trust and then upon your death it is more easily transferable to your heirs without near the tax liability. cash option makes more sense with that much money at stake. and as far as relatives and people are concerned, you only have to add the word "NO" to your vocabulary. it is not up to you to "right all the wrongs" around you, that is god's job. what is up to you is if "he" gives you that gift (winning the lottery) is to do what he tells you to do , not what people expect you to do. it is alot of pressure though. people are stinking greedy. if my mother would win i wouldn't have the nerve to ask her for a dime (and i love my mom). the only way that it might make sense to take an annuity is if a person cannot handle that much money. but even then thru good finacial advice that point can be reconciled by having your financial advisor "tie up" the "smolians" so you can't readily get at it. anyway , good to see you back in here again. Visiondude my buddy it is good to see you again! How have you been? Cashonly I see that you are as funny as ever with your comments but not yet quite up to par with the great one! LOL Visiondude you are quite correct that it is not up to The Rock to solve the worlds problems but only do what the God tells The Rock to do with it and of course The Rock will. The Rock also believes very strongly in his heart that to whom much is given much is expexted so The Rock will give alot of money away to help reach as many people as he possibly can. Let The Rock put it like this out of the $500+million that he will win he will only keep about $10million for himself. The Rock is not a greedy man. How much money does a man needs. The Rock will take care of family members and then the rest will go to the people in this world who needs help and are suffering. Cashonly The Rock sees that you have no faith in The Rock. Didn't The Rock say repeatedly that he is going to be the winner of mega millions so do not worry it is only a matter of time and The Rock will disappointment you and will win. Visiondude as far as heirs go The Rock does not have any. He is a handsome, educated, intelligent young man who is unmarried and without kids and once he wins will stay single and without kids.LOL Alimony and child support is something these days.LOL So The Rock is not worry about any taxes after he passes with his annuity for we came in this world without anything and will leave the same way so The Rock is okay with annuity and can make it on ten plus million a year and anyway he believes that taxes will be coming down.

A large percent of us miss your postings......na, all of us. You're still on that 26 payments kick? You actually think tax rates for the rich are gonna' go down in the next few years? Even if Bush wins next election (a big if in a recession), those promised tax cuts for the top rates could still be chopped away. Even if they are left completely intack, my understanding is that they will be automatically go back to were they are now in around 2011 or 2012. Government is getting bigger under Bush Jr., and will only get bigger and bigger and bigger. I'm predicting a 70%+ tax rate on anyone making $1,000,000+ salary per year by 2020. And if you die after taking the Cash Option, you could have your assets set up so your heirs can flee the country without paying one cent to Uncle Sam. It pi$$es me off that some people are worth more dead then alive in our country! But then again, in most countries, they could arrest/kill you and have relatives and friends of the dictators take over your assets. When Bill Gates dies, there will be a big cheer from Congress because they just picked up billions of 'free money'. I hope you win, die quickly, and leave me everything. I'll be E-mailing you my Swiss bank account. Dohhhh! There I go again, making jokes about your death again!

well there is at least one "vulture" circling your new found wealth (mr. happy). i am doing really good to answer your first question. if you do win obviously it is up to you what you do with the SMACKAROO'S that god gives you. i have two questions though. (1) if you are so devastatingly handsome , why wouldn't you want to propagate the earth with more of your superior gene pool? (kid's). you could get married but have a pre-nuptial in place. (2) i thought that you didn't have any heirs? heirs can be "designated". they don't have to be a relative. you have already forgotten where you have came from (WWE - formally the WWF). don't you think it would be appropriate to throw vince mcmahon a "bone" seeing how he put you on the "map". Well Visiondude it is good to hear from you! Yes The Rock is a very handsome, intelligent, educated young man. However it is very, very difficult to find a really genuine good woman these days and not to get into a love story here but once The Rock wins his new found found wealth he does not want to get married nor have any kids although he will continue to date as he does now. The Rock just cannot be with a woman who only wants him for his money and he aint paying no child support or alimony to a greedy evil woman. Well enough on that but if The Rock does not have a wife by the time he wins he will not ever hae one and The world will just have to suffer not having a Rock JR. As far as old Vince goes he does not need The Rock to throw him out anything that jabroni is a billionaire and does not want to give The Rock what he is worth so The Rock will perform a corporate take over on old Vince and the WWE to teach Vince a lesson about trying to cheat the peoples champion and the sole reason the WWE is where it is today, just ask that jabroni Stone Cold Steve Austin that is why he left because of his envy and jealousy of The Rock.

rock - o - matic, remember what i said in the previous post = pre-nup !!! that answers the question about somone "taking" your $$$$. and at the end of your life money won't matter. you will be able to afford a nicer funeral though. you want someone to share it with. maybe the "screening process" would be more difficult after you win but not impossible. i could teach you how to find the right one so you don't have to guess. if i won the lottery it would be so far down the list of the thing's that matter in my life. with all i have now, it is more than any man could ask for. i have great relationships with god , my wife , my children (two)and loads of friends. i am "rich" in the things that matter. winning would be icing on the cake. so you might want to re-think your position on marriage and kid's, it's alot more fulfilling than the lottery could ever be. (of course i would not mind finding out).....v - dude
