  I have searched all over the internet and went to the site winninglotto.com where it was supposed to be selling but have not been able to find his book anywhere. Can someone please tell me how to order it? Your prompt response is appreciated.

  You might check scrm16 post for 05/15/02 about the website. His newsletter was dated in the year 2000, but there was a respone from someone who had downloaded a pdf form of Dr. McKinney's book who offered to answer any questions about the book. Hopes this help.
