I think what is happening in Ohio, is customer service.
The lottery commision is not taking the time to make sure the people working in outlet stores are properly trained.
And maybe it's because the stores aren't getting a fair share to put more time and effort into making sure there people are properly trained.
It's like there new machines, most of the employees don't know how to use them. causing frustration for them and the customers.
Just like last night, I met my exwife half way to pick up my daughter. On the way back we stopped to get a coke, while paying, I asked the clerk for a dollar backup on 520.
The clerk told me I needed to fill out a card, so that he wouldn't make a mistake. He didn't know how to punch in my simple request.
This is not the first time something like this has happened to me in Ohio. We lottery players, don't like problems, we like nice and easy and simple.
Also the clerk told me that they could not cancel any mistakes, I tried to tell him that was only for the mega million tickets, that didn't include the daily games, and if I'm wrong, then the lottery commision screwed up again by setting there system up that way.
Any ways The Ohio lottery has been crying there losing money, they blame our casino boats here in Indiana, they blame it on not having a big game like mega millions, they blame it on everything but them selves. I think time will prove this when after a year of mega million they will probably still be crying there losing money.
