I have read the rules and regulations regarding lotteries. I have seen nothing that states that an entity could not be in posession of a winning ticket. These entities could include: corporations, charities, trusts, churches, etc.
That leads me to this scenario: Your are in posession of a winning ticket to a huge jackpot. The media hype is thick and privacy is of the utmost concern. Lotteries are required by law to release the names of winners. However, you are not required to appear at a press conference or even redeem the ticket yourself. Could you not create a dummy corporation whose only asset would be the ticket? The name of the corporation would have to be written on the back of the ticket. You become owner of the dummy corporation. You could give this corp. a very generic name (ie. AAA Holdings, the Acme Group). This could create a very large and difficult paper trail for media, charities, hucksters, etc. looking to track you down. This dummy corp. could also provide you with a cover when people ask of your occupation.
Could this work? There can't anything worse than losing your privacy.
