The problem is it's very hard to tell what you're buying by his descriptions. There can be something wrong which you can't know because he doesn't tell you what the draw backs are. For example, the last system needs a lot of brain power effort watching trends and making your own predictions which way things are going and betting they will continue.
The most recent system is another example, he refers to first prize jackpots, a sneaky way to get around the fact his system wins the 5 number prize not the six and how does he guarantee a 5 number win if you can guess 4 numbers? A skill much harder then suggested because most people who get 4 numbers right got them out of 6, he needs you to get 4 out of 4 and play them as four key numbers against the remaining 45. He doesn't even offer to help you pick those 4 numbers, he is selling a very simple wheel for fifty bucks as if doing you a favor.
I don't call him a con man because I've bought some systems from him and returned the ones I didn't like and got my money back so he's ok in my book. For that matter the Ken Silver system isn't bad, except spending 120 or more per draw can be rough when sometimes you only win five bucks.
