  How many weeks in advance can I buy for Powerball or is it dependant on which state like the Big Game?
  
  Also, does the Big Game or Powerball have a 1 year subscription service?

  Advance play depends on which lottery sells Powerball. MUSL does not offer subscription play. I believe only MD and VA sell Big Game subscriptions (must have an address in the corresponding state.)

  No, VA only allows for their Lotto South and not the Big Game. Are you sure?

  They were, and, I imagine they will again after BG becomes "Mega Millions" next month.

  They both allow subscriptions.. But have been suspended until May 15th so they can migrate over to the Mega Millions system.
