  Anyone out there willing to help buy some tickets for me using a credit card or PayPal?
  
  I will provide the numbers, pay you a fee and 10% of the winnings, if any.
  
  Let me know! Will need confirmation of ticket purchases by fax prior to releasing payment.

  If you want help getting someone to buy tickets for you why don't you go out to the airport and find someone going to say Atlanta who will buy tickets for you. I don't think I would trust anyone on the net to do it, so why should you. I suggest you take a self addressed envelope with you and ask someone to drop your tickets in the mail, give them a couple of dollars for their trouble.

  Buying lottery tickets via the US Mail is illegal.

  Oh, and must add buying from someone you don't know is just plain stupid.
