Indian got 212 after SC got 242. Is it fair to say, those combos are still good. Or, a forecast combo has to cycle through the chosen states before it's time for a reset??

I suggest that everyone stop playing after the forecast wins one time. I didn't create the strategy to win more than once.
Step 1: Master a strategy. Step 2: Master wagering to compound winnings. Step 3: Master empowering the most people possible.

This forum is meant to provide a place to learn to become a better predictor and gain access to the most consistently accurate and profitable predictions.
Your evolution as a predictor is inevitable.
I believe in gaining confidence through practice and claiming your win. As you practice mastering the art and science of predicting the lottery you will get better. I don't care if you consider Pick 3 game as a game of chance or skill, all that matters are the results you are able to produce over time.
When it comes to being consistently accurate and precise enough to meet your goals over the years, there are no shortcuts. You have to exercise [what the average will identify as] extreme discipline while being obsessed with improvement. There are no [known] predictors that can predict using only one combo that wins within one drawing 100% of the time. If you know someone that can do that then please let me know because I would seriously love to learn from them. As far as I'm concerned we are all students of the game.
I try to pass on what I know as much as possible. I'm not perfect. I do make mistakes and if you see mistakes, feel free to let me know so I can address them. Just be respectful and that same energy will be returned to you.
Most people do not want to learn how to predict, they just want you to give them combos to play. However, for those that do want to learn, I'll try to explain things as I go but mostly this forum is just for myself and others to have a central location to practice creating Multiple-State forecasts. I try to cram as many state drawings into one day as possible so I can win sooner.
People want detailed predictions which is why I have a Criteria for Posting here. Anyone can post 5 or 1,000 combos but only a few predictors make specific predictions and there are fewer predictors that are consistently accurate. I strive to be as specific as possible and I'm encouraging those who post here to help set a new standard.
Forecasting has proven to be a highly profitable method of prediction and naturally a great way to start learning how to get better at predicting. Instead of only trying to predict what's going to hit in the very next drawing, try forecasting what's going to hit within a limited number of consecutive drawings. Learn what the martingale betting system is and use it. It will help you minimize losses until you win the forecast. At the end of the day/month/year, the name of the game is to gain and pass it on while helping as many people as possible make a consistent profit. Depending on how accurate of a predictor you are, you can generate enough profit to make a living full-time, similar to any stock market day trader. Don't let other people put their limitations on you just they think something is impossible.
Criteria for Posting
MAKE DETAILED FORECASTS.
-Show the complete duration of the forecast by providing the states and dates included. People at least want to know where, when, and how long to play.
-Show your work: No matter how you predict (using sums, pairs, roots, positions, etc...), show all of your combos.
For example, if you predict pairs 16 and 67 are going to hit in Any Order within 10 drawings then show all of the Any Order combos produced by pairs 16 and 67 which are (016, 067, 116, 126, 136, 146, 156, 166, 167, 168, 169, 267, 367, 467, 567, 667, 677, 678, 679).
-Include if your forecast is meant to win in Any Order and/or Exact Order.
-Keep track of your results by posting your overall accuracy rate at least every 20 - 50 forecasts you make.
This is the best way to know how accurate of a predictor you are. For example, if you have posted 3 forecasts out of 10 in this forum that have won within the time frame you predicted then divide the number of wins by the total number of predictions you've posted to get your accuracy rate. 3 divided by 10 = 30% accuracy rate. This is your track record as a predictor. People need to be able to trust your predictions.

HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I understand you're very intelligent, you have a lot of money, beauty, and/or famebut how many people can you help?
Why not create strategies that focus on increasing the ROI faster so we can use money that our money makes to pay for whatever is needed to help more people without relying on donations.
A great predictor/investor creates strategies that make our profits make more profits so we can help improve our own lives and help more people at the same time. You know if your strategy is undeniable by its results.
Just focus on outperforming the best you've ever done.

While testing your strategies you'll learn what the Most Ideal Conditions (MIC) are to play your strategies. The conditions for this particular strategy were the best I've seen so far so I was confident to go all-in on this one which is why I said, "I'm smashing this forecast!" I actually call this strategy the MIC Strategy. If the ideal conditions do not exist then I do not play. I don't care if I have to wait all month before I play again. You'll save more money which also equates to making more money while generating a higher ROI over time by being more selective about the minimum conditions needed to play. The more strict you are about the minimum conditions the less often you'll find those conditions. I'm having to constantly upgrade my software to find the rarest and most ideal conditions faster. Everyone wants predictions for their state but if the conditions needed do not exist in their state then I'm not playing/posting. I don't want to lose money and I don't want anyone playing my forecasts to lose money so it's worth waiting for the best conditions and then we can all smash with confidence.
The track record of your strategy is everything. You'll gain more confidence to play based on the performance results of your strategies over time.
Questions that I ask and answer when creating strategies.
How many drawings does it take for my strategy to always win?
Find out the maximum number of drawings and then don't start playing until about 5 drawings before that number. Do this for at least 100 test/forecasts to give your strategy a grade. I test on my own but y'all can't see what I do on my own, y'all only get to see what I post. So far this is 8 wins in a row using <=20 doubles. Depending on how much it cost to play per combo, this can be a very low-cost way to double your ROI within 25 drawings when you include the martingale betting system. Each forecast has a minimum of 4 drawings per day, which means doubling the ROI in <=7 days. You just have to know a way to keep the cost of playing all of 25 drawings (if needed) <=$500 or whatever is affordable for you. I'm basically focusing on designing strategies that are able to double my ROI for less than $500 within a week. To be able to do that I have to use <=20 double combos or <=10 single combos.
Ask yourself questions like, how long will it take for my strategy to double the ROI? How consistent is my strategy? Can I trust it? Only trust track records. Forget what predictors/gurus say they can do and only go by the results they have been able to produce over time. Don't show me your winnings, show me your track record. Make it easy for me to analyze your track record. I want to know a predictor's stats like I'm trying to decide which investment manager or lawyer to hire. Let your track record speak for you. You don't have to say anything when you have a strategy that produces undeniable results.
Can your strategy win 25, 50, or 100 times in row? If so, then prove it. When did you do it? How many combos did you use? Where did you post these predictions? Did you post it before the official drawing time? Send me the links so I can count and see for myself how many forecasts you've won and lost over time. Once you start digging into the stats of your favorite predictors you'll likely find out that they are not as consistent as they seem. The devil is always in the details. I don't want to win every now and then. Here, you get to see my wins and losses all in one thread. You don't have to search all over the internet to know what I can do and have done. This is the 14th Edition. I aim to win every forecast. You must zone tf out and go beast mode. Most won't understand but the ones that truly seek to master this game or master anything, in general, will understand. Being the obsessive-compulsive type I am, I start over every time my streak ends. Forget a streak. I want it to be normal to win every forecast because my strategy is just that freakin' awesome, accurate, and precise. You either have it like that or you don't. We'll know by the results.
How many forecasts can you win in a row?
Once I post 100 winning forecasts in a row then I'll teach the strategy to whoever wants to learn for free. Why teach something that you can't prove wins at least 97% of the time and then can it be done year after year. If you had to prove in a court or on tv in front of the world that you can win 100 times in a row using <=20 combos, would you be confident that you will do it?
