Hi Indiana/Iowa LPers! You all haven't heard from me for a long time (some would say, "Lucky You!") because Indiana stopped drawing straight Date workup hits. I'm not kidding! before yesterday, Indiana had not drawn a straight Date workup hit since October 18th. That just doesn't seem possible, does it? I only believe it because I just updated the chart by hand. I have no idea why, but Indiana went out to lunch on Date workup hits and didn't come back until yesterday. Here is the REF:
12/13/20 Midday: 635 Evening: 154
12/13/20 Midday: 039 Evening: 635
Indiana is one of the most interesting states for this workup. Since January 1st 2019 they have accumulated repeat hits at 2 days(13x), 5 days(10x), 1 day (9x), and 4 days(8x). That's amazing. Is Indiana about to drop another clustered Date workup hit? I don't know. Sometimes after a long gap, we've seen very lackluster performance in this workup. For that reason, I would counsel you to be very cautious. Here are the charts for all those associated dates highlighted plus the chart for the rest of the month:
If you recall, when Indiana got a second straight Date hit on the 24th, I speculated that there might be a clustered hit coming on the 26th or 27th. Instead, Indiana drew a straight workup hit on 438 today, the 30th.
The repeat hits I am looking for would now mostly be in January, so we'll need a new chart. I'm highlighting all the most-common intervals when I would expect Indiana to draw another Date workup hit, one of which will be tomorrow, New Year's Eve, then I'll need to make a new chart for the January thread. Anyway, here are the charts highlighted:
Please don't anybody run out and play all those numbers. If you really want to play, think about playing the Saturday numbers straight for fifty cents and leave it at that. It would be really cool to win on New Years Day. That would be an excellent start to the new year.
