  how come i can play every other game on their website, but not these two?

  Georgia Lottery has a phone number and email address on their website. you should ask them directly. Maybe if enough players request it, they'll make it available one day.

  To my knowledge there is no state lottery offering Online pick-3 and pick-4 play even though they offer PB and MM. So the reason can't be prize payoffs.

  Maybe a state lottery spokesman will post an explanation.

  Virginia allows you to play Pick 3 online. They are working on putting the other draw games (Pick 4 and Cash 5) online but they're taking their sweet time.

  Now we know of at least one state lottery with Online pick-3. The Virginia instant Online games are very similar to those in KY. Pick-3 and Pick-4 are the only two daily games not offered Online.

  Well I called the number and left a voicemail and wrote an email voicing my opinion.

   

  Hopefully someone there takes the time to listen.
