One of the instruments in the Fifth Wheel (now sitting on inflated tires and ready to roll again) is a Balance analysis dubbed the Perfection Score. To understand these Scores follow me thru the following Steps.
- Divide 39 (numbers) by 5 39/5=7.8
- Calculate 5 (Fifths) by the following formulas
- 1/5 = 1 x 7.8 =7.8 round to 8. Range 1-8
- 2/5 = 2 x 7.8 = 15.6 round to 16. Range 9-16
- 3/5 = 3 x 7.8 = 23.4 round to 23. Range 17-23
- 4/5 = 4 x 7.8 = 31.2 round to 31. Range 24-31
- 5/5 = 39 Range 32-39.
Thus a Drawing can be defined by the 5th Value in each Position of the Draw. Below is an example taken from the last 2 Ohio Cash 5 Draws

A Balanced or “Perfect Draw” has a sequence of 5th Values of 12345 where each number comes from the Ranges listed above. The last “Perfect Draw” is shown Below

The Recent Draws are definitely in the unbalanced Range. That is frequent Random Territory and should be expected.

Rather than complain about how “Whacked Out” a Draw is, or think that the Lottery is unfairly selecting extremely unfair combinations, You might want to FOLLOW THE INVENTORY. If you do you will begin to look and hope for one of these events instead of feeling cheated when the happen.
The 575757 Combinations fall into the one of the following Groups based on the Combinations “Perfect Score”

So you see that the recent score of 13 had the Jackpot Winner “cornered” in a group of only 4116 Combinations. A Good Place to Start I think.
