  I don't know enough math to build or even understand how an AI lotto predictor works, but I know enough psychology to know that if such a thing exists, its creators wouldn't post a YouTube about it or offer it for free or for sale as software you can download. I also know enough about marketing to know that people will call their lotto software "AI powered" to sell more copies to the gullible.
