is there a system to predict the 1st digit of pick3? that is, predict the 1st position of pick3

The 3rd digit can PREDICT what the 1st digit will be in the NEXT winner. And the 1st digit will be a 0 or 2 or 3 when it starts with a LOW. If it starts will a high, it will be 5,6, 8 or 9

It's simple. just look at the 1st and 3rd digits of the past winners...This is good practice for you.

What do u mean? How will the 3rd digit predict the 1st digit? By being what?
