Nevermind. I'll make something up. I'm guessing you are wanting for all discreet box sets and not just 231? I've got that discreet set book so it will be fairly easy with that. It's going to take more than just a formula to pull that off.

Yes 120 singles,90 Doubles Track them all, each draw.

Bob,

I will put this in the Eliminator File that I sent You.

Simple really but I will have to expand the draw data to include all of the Games Available.

Pick 3 boxed sets and games back tracker

For whomever wants a copy of it here it is. This will handle 10,000 draws so it should do most all states history and have room for more.

Input and reversal sheet is now so you can put the digits separate in their own cells, all 3 in one cell and can be put in either oldest at the top or oldest at the bottom so no matter how you update, it will take care of it.

For oldest draws at the bottom, paste or start in columns B10001 for the date, C,D,E 10001 for the numbers if separate. If combined as in 000 you can use F10001 and work your way up with the next draws. Column A is numbered so if you have a count of how many draws you have, you can find the corresponding number there and paste down.

Oldest draw at the top of your data sheet start in columns I thru M row 1.

Date goes in column I. First number goes in J. Second in K. Third in L. Use 000, go to column M.

You DO NOT have to put your draw history in every cell. This is so you can use whichever one you want to to make filling it in faster and done with. You can use either or spot to put your data in to fill this in. Just like all my books.

Oldest draw data starts at the bottom? Use columns G through F starting in row 10,001.

Oldest draw starts at the top of your data sheet? Use columns I through M.

Let it calculate and it will show you what is going on on the Draw totals and games back sheet.

Your simplified boxed set will be showing in column G of that sheet. Your totals for those sets will show in column H. Your games back for each will show in column I. All variations will show in J through N.

Total draws occurred will be in P1.

Any questions on it, just let me know. I'll walk you through whatever needs be with it.

I downloaded it but can't get it working.

I put in 600 draws , then to Draw Totals, hit Calculate, Get all o's.(Total and Games Back).

I just downloaded the file I uploaded and tested it. If you just put your numbers in and not the date, it will not give you results. Did you put the dates in also? Try that and see what it does.

I can't get running I reloaded it , Took if off try it again no luck.

Sounds like it may be a processor issue. I'll cut it down for you for a smaller game count, change it so it works off the numbers and not the date and upload a copy that way. I'm not going to build something for someone they can't use.

Try this one. It will only hold 5,000 draws though, but is faster on calculations.

If anyone is having trouble with these, please let me know so I can either fix the problem or let you know what I need to so you can use them.

Filling these in with draws is one of 4 ways. Just need one. If your draw history data is set as ### all in one cell you will only use column F or column M. If your oldest draws are at the bottom and you are pasting, use column F. Find how many draws you have had on your data sheet, find the corresponding number in column A and paste down. For oldest draws at the top of your data sheet, paste in M1 with your data down. It will take it from there.

If you use the one digit per cell data history, then you will paste in columns C through E or columns J through L. Same as above on where to paste. Oldest draws at the bottom, find out how many draws you have, find that number in column A and paste in the corresponding column there. Oldest draws at the top of your data, paste in cell J1.

Date on this one is not necessary, but without it, you're more apt to get lost on your data. The 10,000 draw book, it will be necessary.

When I make these, I try to incorporate all the methods for input that one can have and I guess it's confusing. Some states put all the new draws at the top, some at the bottom. Some use single cells, some use three. This way all can use.

I personally don't want to see anymore on these than I need to, so most all of my work, will not be visible until it happens or is needed. I don't want, or need to see that draw 5,000 is there when I'm on game 4,350 so I do my work the same way. It will show up when it is needed.

If I need to do a video I can do that too. I will probably just do that anyway and that will take care of how I do it for future reference.

Pick 3 boxed sets totals and games back 5,000 draw capable

If anyone is having trouble with any of my work, just let me know. I'll help or fix. If I take the time to build something, I want it working correct and for whomever to be able to use it.

I didn't know you wanted them ranked. They are now. Now you can find a specific set, if you have one in mind, and see how many times it has been drawn plus see how many games back it is.

You can also see the sets that are the most out down to the most recently drawn. This will give you 2 different perspectives that will be fast and easy to find what you are looking for. If you want to know when the last time 123 was drawn, it will be in the data set of columns G through N with all of each numbers variations right there.

If you just want to know the most out number and it's variations, that will be in columns Q through W.

If you are a hot cold player, these books will let you know what is what. And where.

Here is the video that will show what to do and what it does.

This is a smaller version that will only hold 5,000 draws. It is a little faster than the bigger book, but will hold less data history.

Boxed sets draw totals and draw back results 5,000 draws capable

This is a larger book that will handle 10,000 draws total for either full history, (when applicable) or if you've just had a lot of draws period. It takes a little longer to calculate, but with a 4 core processor or larger, it's not but a few seconds.

Boxed sets draw totals and draws back results 10,000 draws capable

Again, if anyone is having troubles with these, just let me know. It should all be in the video though as to what to do. Either way, I don't care a bit to help with them.

Avatar

Did you get that going and did it do what you wanted it to?

From your description it should be what you was looking for, but I never heard if it worked for you.

Just checking in case I needed to do anything differently.

Has anyone else been able to use them or is others having troubles with it?
