Any programmer willing to make an app for you for FREE or a FEE is lying to you. They want to take your system and sell it.

There are some weasels on here taking advantage of your hard work. Steve Player is one of them. This guy goes under the radar of different screen names and aliases. <snip> is another one and so is Igor. Be careful who you communicate your ideas to. Track your computer and erase cookies after each session/use. Especially at the hours between 12 midnight and 6 am. This is usually the timeframe they operate to be able to hack into your computer without you knowing better. They go in and out.

There are times they will openly hack in. If you see weird hourglass icons or similar icons on your desktop that spin and momentarily freeze your computer, then guess what? That means they have taken over your computer. I hired some detectives to track down these thiefs and they will get caught.

Nobody can hack into your computer based on anything you do on Lottery Post. I'm not sure where you got the idea that someone can, but it's not true.

Unscrupulous people have been stealing ideas from Lottery Post for 20 years now. This is nothing new. That's why I have always said emphatically that you should NEVER PAY FOR NUMBERS. Don't buy systems, ever. If you need a new system, take some time and research the Lottery Post forums, where you can find thousands of systems described in detail.

Importantly, however, don't be scared by the fact that unscrupulous people exist out there. Of course they do. Don't change your posting or sharing based on the fact these people exist. If you ignore them they remain invisible to you and will not affect you, because Lottery Post is a spam-free zone.

I don't know much about hacking and not interested.

But I know it's possible to do VBA on excel sheets...That's one of the downfall of files that run macros, you have to allow it though but once you allow it it can code all sorts of stuff..which I am not interested in either. So people who thinking they're getting an excel sheet should know that once you allow macro to run then they're taking that risk. Other than I don't know how else you can take control of someone's computer.

Yeah, I've been on the Lottery Post pretty much since the beginning.

Just sitting on the Lottery Post; reading and posting topics is not going to get someone hacked.

Usually it's because someone clicked a link to something outside the Lottery Post or downloaded something from someone outside the Lottery Post.

This site has been very safe and most of the Lottery Post Family looks out for each other.

Good heads up though.

Nothing is truly free, the worst way to pay is in losing lottery tickets. A programmer who turns your idea into professional quality software really isn't stealing the secret code to crack the lottery. So what if we all get something better and if I have to pay it's amazing how many think everything online should be free, except their idea . . .

Actual crooks are a different matter, those who steal other people's hard work and sell need to be shunned whether here, ebay, etc. it isn't research.

That is a pretty bold and broad statement a562soldier.

Are ALL programmers honest and trustworthy....of course not, but you saying some of us programmers here are dishonest and nothing but hacks shows just how uninformed you are in that arena.

Igor actually asked me if I would write a program to go along with his book. To insinuate that Igor is out to steal anyone's idea is absurd. Igor has his own ideas from personal experience and on top of that, he has little to no programming knowledge. I don't see how he would be stealing your information through any kind of hack, and I can assure you any software or Excel sheet I create has no hidden code or hack to steal anyone's information.

I know you have issues from the past with Igor and his book, but just like nobody forces anyone to play the lottery, nobody is forcing anyone to purchase his book.

You sound like the people that say the lottery is rigged, (with no factual proof), you have accused programmers, such as myself, and authors, such as Igor, of being hacks and committing plagiarism (with no factual proof).

I'm not doubting the fact that your computer may have been hacked, but get your facts straight before you come here and start accusing others here of committing the crime. Also, for the future, you may want to beef up your router and other firewall security to help prevent such hacks from happening again.

a562soldier came to me for a program request a while ago but I either put initials or username in front of the file to know where/who it came from so I have a program for a562soldier.

I didn't take it and sell it, I just thought it's requested so I automated it and posted it publicly...

So far all the requests I have done are FREE, it's one of my passion is to be able to save people's time from pen & paper work.

I put up a post saying I'd charge a FEE if it's a private request because
1. Private requests are only going to be used by one person so the time I spend on it is not saving more people's time like public requests do and public requests get used by many people and other people might spawn new ideas from public programs.
2. Fee is to weed out non-serious requests because I started getting ridiculous requests. (I notice that with public requests people turn on their ridiculous requests filter).

Nothing is hackable in lottery post or even other websites unless the user opens some weird downloads and gives access.

A genuine and trusted content should not be blamed due to some hackers around the world.

How many citizens get scammed every year for false lottery claim of winning jackpots even when they know they didn't even buy the tickets. Does that mean we should start blaming the whole lottery system itself?

That's a real broad statement.

What do you think that Google Home, Alexa and Siri doing sitting in multiple corners in every home. Your own voice can be turned against you before you will even realize in this digital era.

I’ve learned one thing in life that all people are liars. One thing that I just will never understand is how and why do people believe that “Steve Player” is an actual real person. He is not. Steve Player does not exist as a person. It is just a name given to a company that pretends to be one person named Steve Player. No such person exists. And I have read “newspaper” articles speaking about Steve Player and saying they’ve interviewed him and everything, while never even realizing that there is no such person. It’s ridiculous. The whole Steve Player idea is ridiculous. Yeah my last name is Player and I’m a gambling genius. Please get real.

Sometimes you do the right thing just because it’s right.

Au contraire, there was one brief shining moment when there was a man known as Steve Player who won a share in a state lottery jackpot and sold lottery systems. More then I can say for Bartles & Jaymes. I do believe he then sold out to a company, maybe tried to come back as another company. You are correct I believe what is now called Steve Player is a company.

I am a bit offended by your post. I have shared over 50 tools for free here at LP and none of

them contain mal-ware of any sort. With that said I have also never seen a system post be it

a workout or software tool that was worth paying for, my stuff included which is why they are

free.

I have also built many tools for others for free and none of them contain any mal-ware. My stuff

is built on ideas that are my own. I also build/test stuff posted by others but not one of them has

ever proved to earn a profit. I have never sold a single copy of a lottery software in my entire life

even though I have had people make some serious offers.

So in regard to your post, I don't agree with statements like "Any programmer willing to make an

app for you for FREE or a FEE is lying to you." as I have done it many times without any of the

things you mention.

P.S. If you think your being hacked then there are a number of tools that will allow you

to see what's going on. Windows comes with a built in tool Netstat that can be ran from

a command prompt. Another handy program to have is "windows process explorer" which

will allow you to see which process is eating up CPU bandwidth and also shows the port/s

associated with it. Find which process is eating up CPU bandwidth and then google it to see

exactly what it does and the risk associated with it. Also don't download or use EXE files

unless you get them from the developer. I always tell people if they don't download using

links I provide then the file may not be safe. It's very easy for weasels to build a new installer

for a otherwise clean program that can install things that you don't want along with the clean

program.
