dynamic filter = previous sweepstakes
ex = from previous draws, throw a limit on each draw line,
other dynamic filters, positions within matrix

- The 4 Groups formed by the last 2 contests. (see the link).

- No repetition of jumps

- Elimination of number leaving in sequence (overflow)

- Fixing delayed digits etc..

Otherwise what you are asking is about stochastic choice - a process of random variables identifying a unique element in a set used in this case as a history dependent system.

It is not easy to define dynamic in any case. Take, for example, your Gifts/missing digits. What do you do with missing sums, even/odds, highs/lows since they are static filters?

Where do you draw the line on what is static and what is dynamic since, for the most part, everything changes from draw to draw?

I have yet to see a precise definition of dynamic filter that makes complete sense. There is a former member, who claims to have invented filters, and says dynamic filters can only be found in his software. He then uses the software to run a thousand draws at the midpoint of the game (a static point in static data field). He finds X number of 5 ball hits and x number of four ball hits.

He then runs the same software later in the same static data field and finds better results.

How then does he claim its a dynamic filter when he's using static points in static data?

To be clear, no matter how many times I run this idea at say 50% in a 5/35, it will always start at draw 162316, which is 5,8,11,13,30, or 69% which is 7,19,20,22,32. Those results are static. They never change.

To be fair, he does admit later in the article they are static filters, yet, claims they are far superior (in his view) to "the filters others howl about."

How then does a dynamic filter differ from a static filter?

And still have no idea how you are differentiating static and dynamic filters.

Can you show us a link about what you are talking about?
And define the difference between static and dynamic filters?
Where did you find this idea of dynamic concept?

Dynamic, It's just a thought about a change but just an after the fact state, of that change.

Once the change has occurred and has been captured or logged in our minds it now becomes static. I think there is only most recent static events and older static events only, although we need to label the most recent events Dynamic even though they are not real time lottery data events, just the most recent ones that have occurred in the past.

lottery games are not like a river always flowing or wind always blowing they have a start and stop points so i don't think the data collected from them can be real time dynamic but anyone can call it whatever they want. Call it whatever you like San and good luck to you, i bet you already know the answers to the puzzles.
