  then the cycle for each position will be drawn until the last of 0 to 9 in each position
    bjetivo = is knowing when it finishes and starts a new cycle in each position so we have 3 cycles, three positions, you can create a list of pick3 or that of your state

  This is explained in the book"Beat the Odds in the Lottery". He goes on to say that the pick 3 lottery can be played using the 2/3rd rule, but each column should be analyzed separately. I think you can read this book for free by signing up for a kindle trial at Amazon. Make your decision from there whether to get the actual book.

  Okay,CMOORE50 you're correct, using cycle (which should be short) because the limit is
    0 to 9 in each position, and we also have three
    frequencies in each position, then a draw
    usually each digit in its different position
    because we can use excel in 10 to 12 last draws for analysis of cycles and frequency per position
