Good Question! Considering the amazing, unprecedented run of trips that fell in New York last month, everyone in the Pick 3 lottery world is thinking, "Why not my state?"
Because I am relatively unfamiliar with Delaware, I am doing a lot of the same kind of legwork that I've done in Virginia. One of the things I did was chart how far out each number is. That chart is a thousand lines long, so I'm going to post it in a separate thread so as not to clutter up then daily part of this thread like I did on the first page. Click here to link to the chart that shows how far out each number is in Delaware.
Delaware Trips Days Out
222 is 37 Days out.
777 is 162 Days out.
000 is 204 Days out.
333 is 281 Days out.
444 is 446 Days out.
666 is 452 Days out.
888 is 504 Days out.
555 is 546 Days out.
999 is 675 Days out.
111 is 943 Days out.
Hmmm... nothing really unusual there. Some else I have for Virginia is how many times each trip has fallen. Here is that chart for Delaware:
How Many Times has Each Trip Fallen in Delaware
000 has fallen 21 times
111 has fallen 17 times
222 has fallen 20 times
333 has fallen 15 times
444 has fallen 23 times
555 has fallen 21 times
666 has fallen 22 times
777 has fallen 21 times
888 has fallen 12 times
999 has fallen 23 times
888 is your clear loser here. Don't know why that trip gets no respect, but it's not just in Delaware... Something worthy of note is that the trip that blew up in New York, 333, is the second least-drawn trip in Delaware. 999 and 444 are your most-drawn Delaware trips and pretty much the same in Virginia. That's peculiar, but not way out-of-bounds.

Now that I'm oriented on the history of trips in Delaware, what about trips in Delaware Today?
I do three kinds of workups and two kinds of backchecks. My workups are Date, Followers and Sync. None of the trips has a Date workup hit. None of the trips has a Followers hit, either. NOTE: I posted the Delaware Followers/Leaders chart here.
Then there is the Sync workup. That's the only workup that showed a hit on a trip today, 222. Best to just see an example of a sync chart that relates to a trip. It turns out that the trip 222 syncs with the number 090 in Delaware. Here is that sync chart:
For today, only one trip, 222, has a sync hit. It charts like this:
04/16/2019,090,820 | 10/13/2010,183,090 | 07/15/1995,090,687 - 090

999 doesn't have a sync hit, but a near-miss popped up when I charted it. It looks like this:

None of the other trips have sync chart hits.
Now that I'm oriented to the overall history of trips in Delaware and how that relates to today, I can say that I don't see that burning hot workup that indicates a trip. However, thanks for asking, because I definitely need to keep an eye on that in the hopes that the New York trips mojo will hop across the river and settle on the no-sales tax state!
P.S. Remember, this is just my opinion. At the end of the day, I'm just another guy with a laptop (and a vivid imagination). Don't let me or anybody else talk you out of playing a number you feel strongly about.
Good Luck!!!
