No matter what lottery system you play, the applied technique is the same and very basic. Because the game is number based with some random behavior, people will often argue that it's all mathematical or probable based but there is nothing mathematical or probable about lottery.
If you take a moment and think for a second, you will soon come to realize that every lottery system is based on 10 numbers (0 - 9).
Example, 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 which is basically 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 and as you can see, all these numbers have a 0 before them. For you to make or create 10, you have to create a sub group 1 whose numbers then begin with 1 or have a 1 before them.
Example, 10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 which basically is 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19.
Of note here is that, only the sub group increment changes but the rest of the numbers remain the same through out. So if we have a 50 number system that requires 5 numbers to win the jackpot, all we have to do is create 5 groups with 4 sub groups as follows.

Example, if the machine draws 4, 17, 24, 31 and 43 (randomized). All it has to do is go to the first group pick 4, go to the second group and pick 7, go to the third group pick and pick 4 again, go to the fourth group and pick 1 and finally, go to the fifth group and pick 3 which will look as follows,

This means, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 are the same as 0 but can be used if none of the other numbers aren't used. However, the machine may repeat the same number several times or play 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 just to trick people out but, thus all there is to every lotto system.
Forget maths because no equation works here but simple common sense and a bit of patience in observing. However, there are somethings i won't go into detail about but, try this and give feedback if you like.
No need for an App or sophisticated tools, just time, a piece of paper and a couple of colored pens you are good to go.
