I found four or five times this happened previously at 17 - 19 days, but the longest gap I could find without a 5 in the Day draw (since the VA lottery started drawing 2-a-day on 1/30/1995) was 23 days in January 2016. Here is the chart that shows now vs then.

If did the math correctly, there is about a 4.7% chance of this, so we are not into wild and crazy probability yet, but 5 hasn't fallen yet, either.
