That would be like matching 5+1 with a MADDOG MM or PB challenge using 10 WB an 4 bonus ball. If someone did that several times, I would spend the $2.016K to cover all 1008 possible combinations.

$10,000 is not minimal risk to me--so, no, I wouldn't spend it.

If you're talking $10K then you're thinking about covering 5-10k combinations and so far no one has come close to reducing the odds of winning a jackpot to 1:10K.

No way. I'd take that to the casino and play the $5 or $10 slots. Much better chance to win something.

There's no such thing as a lock and $10K is a really expensive way to learn that.

Those who run the lotteries love it when players look for consistency in something that's designed not to have any. So many systems, so many theories, so few jackpot winners.

There is one and only one 'proven' system, and that is to book the action. No matter the game, let the players pick their own losers.

In my opinion it would take about $500 per draw and a good filtering software like Lotwin that begins with ALL the combinations and filters from there to have something of a possible chance in a typical Pick-6 game. 10k would mean 20 such chances. Impossible to say if that would be enough to get it done. PB MM forgetaboutit.

If "hypothetically" there was "no risk" or even "minimal risk" then the lottery would be broken lol.

But anyway there have been cases of people spending way too much on a drawing (for their personal income) without allowing themselves to realize that their chances are still below 1% of winning the jackpot.

Desperation and/or certain neurological conditions can make it difficult for people to think rationally sometimes. They are not "dumb" or anything like that, but again just judgement can get clouded under certain psychological conditions and/or desperate stress.

People selling their houses and otherwise putting thousands of dollars into a drawing, that they can't afford to lose, but are perceiving it in terms of.. one ticket turned into 5,000 tickets increases their chances by 5,000 times, and that's a lot!

But.. 5,000 out of nearly 300 million.. is still just a tiny fraction of just 1%.

So it's really like.. would you like to spend $10,000 on a less than 1% chance of winning the jackpot?

In a game like PB even just getting $50,000 with 5,000 tickets would be a less than 1% chance.

And I'm not talking any crap about anybody, I've even been there before, in my early 20's, spending too much (not thousands, but still too much) at times, from not looking at things from a calmer and clearer angle. Just have to be careful.

If $10,000 is chump change to someone then well it's their chump change to spend. Not to me, though, lol.

Well, the key words here are 'the lottery' and the general answer will be different based on the size (number range) of the lottery in question. Specifics matter here. If you're talking $10K to win a given state's Cash 5-style lottery then, yes, it's definitely worth it providing that your timing and combinations are up to par. However, when you begin dealing with lottery games such as MM'S, PB, and even a states local lottery, $10K becomes 'not even' a drop in the bucket with best timing and combos selection. I'd think that unless you're extremely, extremely lucky, you'd be better off just donating that money to a well known and trustworthy charity. These folks were SHARP, understood numbers, and possessed the right math-number crunching skills which allowed them to flawlessly figure out just how to profit handsomely. Make no mistake, it costed them the commensurate amount of money, in relation to THAT LOTTERY in question, to secure the high probabilities of winning...and they did. Numbers and correct math is a beautiful thing when applied properly.

Riddle me this: $20K to spend for a consistent $25K in profit...same insurance the MIT students had. $25K per week would allow you to do ANYTHING you want.

Small games, frequent wins, and regular payouts 'cause.....

No. Because I wouldn’t have $10,000 grand to spend on just the lottery. So I’d have to figure a way to win $10,000 first from the lottery in order to try. So really I’d be aiming to spend about a couple hundred.

Almost every system with "minimal to no risk" is just as hypothetical as making an imaginary $10,000 wager. The thing is not many lottery players make $100 wagers so there is nothing to relate to. Lots of people buy $10,000 worth of stock at "minimal to no risk", but that's much different thing.
