  lottery-123 no system can give you a guarantee that every draw that you play you will win prizes -if a person of any system are telling you that they are flat outright lying through their teeth BUT consistent wins that's a sign that the system is worth its money....Example out of 10 draws you win 6 draws you are in the prizes. Just had to clarify that. There is also people with their own personal systems thats not for resale but only for their own use. So its a difficult market as you are only limited to the software thats available to the retail market.There are some good ones but also over hyped crappy ones.One should do your homework. Goodluck

  Has anyone used Lotto logic, Magayo Lotto , or Lotto Pro, or has any reference about them?

  Libre Office and Apache Open Office are two projects that emerged out of Sun's open office product(After Oracle acquired Sun). Sun's open office was the open sourced version of star office(way back).These type of software are called Free Software. Not to be confused with freeware or donation ware. The source of these software are available online - you can go through them or build then on a different platform and so on.  If you are a developer you can contribute to these products.

  On the other hand Microsoft Office is a proprietary paid software which has individual tools like word, excel, power point, outlook, etc., The tools allow you to save in MS's proprietary formats.

  For people who can't use Microsoft office in their platform(OS) or people who can't afford the price or whoever doesn't want/like proprietary software(open source enthusiasts) usually choose free software like Open Office/Libre Office.

  Libre Office and Open Office have tools similar to Microsoft office. Still we have to write all calculations and create our own sheets or use existing sheets. I think there are separate discussion forums and groups for Open office and Libre Office. People can build excel like sheets with Open Office itself and store as open document format.
