Okay, I had to make some modifications.
In order for this to work better, the last winning number used in the workout has to meet some requirements, so this is not to be played every draw, only when it qualifies.
In Florida, Feb 26 midday winner was 752. This winner qualifies because the 5 and 2 equals 7.
7
5 2--5+2=7
On March 3 eve, the winner was 587. This also qualifies because 8+7=15 (always use lottery math, so we use the 5)
5
8 7---8+7=15 (use 5)
Now, for winners that don't meet this requirement, there is one last possibility. Rearrange the last winning number to see If it could qualify. An example would be the combo 325.
3 5
2 5---2+5 does not equal 3. 2 3---3+2=5
Now, to fill in the rest of the pyramid. Let's use 587 from March 3. We always start with 0 in the right bottom corner of he pyramid and then work our way up to 9.

5
8 7
1 7 0---0+7=7, so we place the 7 in the middle. Now we have to finish the left bottom corner. To equal the 8, we add 1 to the 7, and place the 1 in the left bottom corner of the pyramid.. 7+1=8
Next day we see there are no winners. So I said o myself, the right bottom corner must be changed. Remember before I said we must use0-9 for the bottom right corner?
1
5
8 7
2 6 1---1+6=7, so we put the 6 in the middle. And then finish the pyramid by filling in the left bottom of the pyramid. 6+2=8.
Now you get the idea, keep going up till 9 in the right bottom corner.
Look what happened when I got to number 5.
