I stumbled on something interesting that I wanted to pass along. The Sync Workup kicked out 399, but Virginia just had 399 back on 2/26. So I went looking for a similar 399 repeat and stumbled on something interesting. I've strongly highlighted the syncs and weakly highlighted the matching numbers.
The more I look at that chart, the more it bothers me. The 396 synchronization, of course, caught my attention big time, but that 699 and 397 thing bugs me, too. It's peculiar that I happened to notice this when I was just looking for an example where 399 had repeated at about 19 days apart.

Okay, it's time for me to go back to sleep.
I thought so. My timing was way off, though. Well, now we have a repeat of 399 at 26 days. This marks the fifth time that 399 has repeated straight. The previous four repeats were closer in proximity, which was what threw me off.

And now, just to make things super interesting, 399 has THREE-PEATED in the April Fools Day Draw. Wow! I knew something was going on with that number. That's why I started a whole thread about it, but I didn't see a three-peat coming... Here is the chart:
