I created a new Excel file for the Florida Pick 3 games.
The Excel file you can update the Midday, Evening, and Combined draws.
You can select how many past draws to use. (The limit is around 400 or so for the Midday and Evening draws and twice as many for the Combined draws)
I have the total draws at 200.
Oldest draw at the top. Most current draw at the bottom.
Here is the link to the Excel file:

Evening: FL3E.txt

Combined: FL3C.txt

Note: The Combined draws uses bogus dates since you mentioned that you can not use duplicate draw dates.
Instructions:
1>Create a new folder on your computer and name it "FLPick3Draws" (without the quotes)
My computer drive designation letter is "C"
2>Open the Excel file from the download link above: "FloridaPick3Draws.xlsm".
Note: You may be prompted to enable macros. You may need to adjust the security levels in your version of Excel to allow the macros to run properly.
3>There are 5 tabs at the bottom. Just use the 1st 4 tabs.
FL3D - Contains the Florida Pick 3 Midday Draws
FL3E - Contains the Florida Pick 3 Evening Draws
FL3C - Contains the Florida Pick 3 Combined Draws
CopyDraws - Creates a text (.txt) file for each of the Florida Pick 3 games
Click the tab at the bottom labeled "FL3D" (Florida Pick 3 Midday Draws)
To add a new drawing click the Toolbar labeled "Add New Drawing". This will add a new entry on line 20. Just enter the Pick 3 drawing in cell H20.
To delete the last drawing click the Toolbar labeled "Delete Last Drawing". This will delete the last drawing from line 20.
All drawings are on line 20.
The tabs at the bottom FL3E and FL3C use the same instructions for adding and deleting draw(s)
4> Click the tab at the bottom labeled "CopyDraws".
Go to cell B18 and select the drive letter for your computer. My drive letter is "C". If you drive letter is "C" do not change cell B18. If your drive is other than "C", click cell B18, to the right you should see a drop-down arrow, click the arrow and select the drive letter for your computer.
You should have created a new folder on your hard drive and named it "FLPick3Draws"
a>Click cell B5. Select the game you want to use. FloridaPick3Midday, FloridaPick3Evening, FloridaPick3Combined. I selected "FloridaPick3Midday" game. Click the drop-down arrow and select the Florida Pick 3 game.
b>Cell B11 indicates the total number of draws in the game selected in cell B5. Currently for the total draws for the Midday game is 408. I do not have the entire draw histories for each game. Midday & Evening.
c>Cell E1 and E2 you enter the total draws for creating the text (.txt) file. I currently have cell E1 set to 1 and cell E2 set to 200. So by entering these 2 values we will be creating a text (.txt) file with 200 draws for the Florida Midday Pick 3 Game.
d>To create the text file click Toolbar located in cell range B2:B4 labeled "Click to Create Text File".
Clicking the Toolbar will create the text file "FL3D.txt" and place it in the folder C:\FLPick3Draws\. The name of the text file is located in cell B8
Open the folder FLPick3Draws and you should see the new text file FL3D.txt
Let me know if the formatting is correct.
As I mentioned above the Combined Pick 3 draws uses bogus dates and do not contain duplicate dates.
Post any questions, corrections, etc.
Thanks
