WASHINGTON STATE:
I want the thermal printers printing routine the same speed for betslip selections as it is for QP selections. It is a software fix and There is nothing wrong with the data stream to the terminal, it's how the data is printed that is wrong: the rate. That is a software problem, or is it to encourage QP's only? It is a software problem. Fix it! If you do not like systems players who bet more and often, then ban betslips.
Your self-serve kiosks do not allow direct digit entry without a betslip and when it rips me off for a dollar, nobody is around to pay me back. It just burped for a second and then got amnesia, but not entirely- I had to feed it more to supply my betslip needs.
Nobody but the largest grocery stores can pay out more than $80.00-$100.00 including the state-run liquior stores when they are were once supposed to pay up to and including $600.00. If you do not fix this then list WHO will pay, where- no more monkeying around with false intentions .
Please provide the daily game stats online with payout info, numbers of winners, etc. Same as on the daily report provided in the stores.
The Keno game has the worst payouts on the west coast, forget a 4 minute game and more lottery lounges- the printers can't handle it and the runners will not tolerate it. The order is booze/gas, food, gambling. Oregon has a much better payout, but the 4 minute game still sucks. It used to be 10 minutes. Systems players are not a threat to the lottery as much as it's own greed is. Overworked and underpaid clerks will not make a 4 minute keno game fly. Casinos can get away with it because they staff the game. Just ask Ohio how their 4 minute keno game is doing. BTW, the kiosks are an excuse for stores to get out of the clerk interface, except for the occasional win and lousy payout they are willing to pay.
Go after the gumball machine vendors pitching a chance to win a dollar while the kids put quarters in the machines. One outfit says they are helping the Meth problem with some of the proceeds while the phone number listed on the machine is disconnected. The same outfit has machine(s) in Oregon too. This is not the first time this illegal gambling involving children has been documented. The problem is over a decade old. No action on your part to stop this is sending the wrong message to the general public, including children. Last person I knew that was caught got a slap on the wrist and moved the gambling gumball machine to her Oregon store (same set-up, win a big dollar item for 25 cents). If the state needs money, write some tickets, give some fines! Shut these dirtbags down!
I want the winning numbers to the next draw while your fixing things. A small jackpot would be fine. ( that's a joke)
