One man's straight is another man's boxed. Any 3 digit number ABC is 9 different combinations when boxed you still get paid.
I found this web site that lists every 3 digit number by date and state since at least 1998- some numbers in Il have fallen only one time some numbers have fallen in the year for various states about 135 times. I think htis is a high average.
I have 28 states in my db, for 2005 that makes 9755 draws.

That's for 28 states only... worst straight was 139 and 880
Exactly what was you point?
What are the worst boxes and straights Paurths?
Worst boxes, including triples, all triples in fact; 555, 222, 444 & 777 (that was last year, for 28 states) Worst boxes, dbls and 6-ways: 001, 226, 488, 228, 449, 144, 577, 119 --> then jump to 6-ways 037 (this one still fell 37 times...), 139, 027, 356, 067, 124, 019, 024, 148... these came out from 34 to 44 times.

I don't know where you are getting your info from, or maybe I'm just misunderstanding what you are saying. You said that 139 fell only 2 times in 2005? Here is what I show:
Tue, Oct 25, 2005 British Columbia Daily 3 1-3-9 Wed, Oct 19, 2005 Pennsylvania Daily Number 1-3-9 Sun, Sep 25, 2005 Washington Daily 1-3-9 Fri, Sep 9, 2005 Quebec La Quotidienne 3 1-3-9 Sat, Aug 13, 2005 Nebraska Pick 3 1-3-9 Sat, Apr 9, 2005 Louisiana Pick 3 1-3-9 Sat, Mar 19, 2005 Ohio Pick 3 1-3-9 Sun, Jan 30, 2005 British Columbia Daily 3 1-3-9
You also said that 190 fell only 2 times. Here is what I show:

Why so limited? I have all states going back YEARS! It is called LotteryPost. Perhaps you can't get a premium membership since you live outside of the United States.

Hi CD,
the first draw i have is 05/22/1975, NJ evening. (i have a total draws of over 80 000 today) Well, it's pretty "limited" since i did not get around to download all of the states/games. I'm sure a premium membership is a pretty great thing, since i heard so many splendid things about it. But i like to have my own data, in my own program, so when i need something or think of a "new" way of approaching it, i can just code it myself and half an hour later i have a visual of it.
Whenever i hear of a "traveling number", i just popup a screen where all the draws are on and let the number be highlighted so its "path" jumps out "in my face".
But i've been lazy lately, and i should get to download the rest of the states.
Anyway, these lists i typed were just to show that some numbers fall more often then others. But it was just for one year. Take several years into acount, and they will all float around an average. Each digit will eventually come out an equal amount of times, in time due. It's"the moment" in which the game is in that counts. If e.g. digit 3 falls like crazy, then it's crazy not to play it just b/c the other digits have to make an extra effort to get closer to the amount of times hit. (which eventually they will)
