  The loser here will face either Match 6 (Pennsylvania), or Megabuck$ (Massachusetts). And that's a pretty close match, so it looks like NY Lotto will lose two in a row, effecitvely knocking it out.

  I don't see how you could even compare these two games? NY Lotto doesn't even have a chance.
