New Penn. Lottery 5-digit game on sale Aug. 26
The Pennsylvania Lottery's latest game is the 5-digit numbers game, Quinto, offering 13 ways to play and win up to $50,000 cash. Drawings will be held both at midday and evening, seven days a week. Tickets for Quinto will cost $1 each. The new game is played similar to Pick 3 and Pick 4 games, except with Quinto there are 5 positions for the numbers 0 through 9. For a $1 purchase, players can wager Straight, Front 4, Back 4, Front 3, Back 3, Front Pair, Back Pair or Box, as follows:

Lawsuit claims NY state is ripping off lottery customers
A lawsuit claims the New York State Division of Lottery is tricking people into playing its Take Five lottery game by exaggerating the likelihood of winning. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Manhattan on Monday, said people were cheated of more than $5 million.
