A young man from Festus, Missouri set up his own online lottery and named it after a TV show. He called his Web site pimpmyride.com. Pimp My Ride is a show on MTV. A woman in Scranton, Pennsylvania admitted she's guilty of running a lottery scam out of a convenient store.Angel Ziegler worked at the Kwik and E-Z Kwik Mart on North Sdventh Avenue.
