Lol that you're saying california has a higher population than China or India combined is totally nuts. If the lottery were rigged, it would be so california and Florida dont win. Sales would be better from other states if people didn't see those 2 winning all the time and the objective of the lottery is to increase sales. I don't believe the lottery is rigged so anyone in any particular place wins it, that doesn't benefit the lottery system in any way. I wouldn't be surprise

The staff of the MUSL have the capabilities to pick the numbers for each drawing and choose which state to win despite the software and secured lottery equipment used is supposedly be random number generated . The new lottery equipment is designed to have fair integrity of the Powerball and Mega Millions games after the Eddie Tipton conspiracy. Keep in mind the MUSL staff and their family members can't play the lottery
