You should become the kind who believes there is a pattern. They definitely seem to have more fun. The kind who think the lottery is out to scam them are miserable, and addicted to boot. (Because why would they keep playing games that are rigged against them?)

I'm sure in there novel written book size rules they have. There's some kinda legal jargon that they cannot be held liable. Just like when a slot machine malfunctions. The odds favor the state. When the state sees the profits go down they change or kill the game. Statistics are nice for breaking the game down, categorizing what has happened, finding niches that will win at some point but are not reliable every draw. Unforseen things will ha[[en at the worst time. All software offers the same thing. A few offer additional, experimental, or just plain out of the blue, Yeah, this really works! ideas. Mistakes? Just don't pick the wrong numbers.
