Mega Millions

The jackpot in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery grew to $106 million Wednesday.

None of the tickets sold for Tuesday's $90 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball.  The next drawing will be Friday.

There were five second-prize winners from Tuesday night's drawing: 1 from Massachusetts, 2 from New Jersey, 1 from New York and 1 from Virginia..  Each ticket matched all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win $175,000.

Also, 37 players matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number.  Those tickets are each worth $5,000.

The winning numbers from Tuesday's drawing were: 11, 20, 26, 28 and 52.  The Mega Ball number was 7.

The Texas Megaplier was 4.

thank goodness I live in a state that borders a power ball state so I can play power ball until this feeding frenzy on mega millions is over. I just want a small win No huge estate just enough for a nice little home and enough to keep the wolves away.

well twisted you do have a point there------- I would just prefer not dealing with the media coverage as well------------ as the fact that my needs and wants are simple and small but then again who are we kidding none of us will win anyway the fun is in the dreaming of "what if" it is a lose/lose situation at best

Too bad you don't live in a State like Ohio.  There are several lotteries you can play depending your needs and tolerance for risk and the odds get better as your needs get smaller.  You don't have to head for the boarder when the jackpot gets too big.

$40 to $500 - pick3 - odds 1:1,000
$100 to $10,000 - pick4 - odds 1:10,000
$100k to $200k - Rolling Cash5 - odds 1:500,000
$4M to $20M - SuperLottoPlus - odds 1:14,000,000
$10M to $200M - MegaMillions - odds 1:135,000,000
