  I live in the Pa.  So I guess our site is the Best.  Although which ever has cool demo games.  I think Iowa is it.  Ohio's is good because it says what the payout percentages on instant games are.  Actually all of them that have good scratch info will work.  When I'm out of stqte, that's all I play, since I can cash, and leave, and not have to make a special trip back.

      Why is Virginia not listed in this poll? Virginia has the best site out of all the lottery websites. New York comes in second place and the other sites look like they were all cut from the same sorry cookie cutter template.

    Delaware's site looks like it was done by an amateur.

  Any of the states websites are only going to be as good as the webmaster or mistress and what the state is willing to pay for a sites displays, and graphics.
