  Without a specific legal agreement this wouldn't be a smart thing to do. I consider myself an honest person, but giving you a winning ticket for millions of dollars would be a very hard thing to do. If I bought  and mailed them to you I would be breaking federal law. There are services on the internet that will buy them for you for a reasonable fee. Email me and I will give you the name of a website.
