  ...Virginia? I'm not talking about there subscription deal. I mean how many advance draws could I buy by simply filling out the playslip at a retailer?

  All I can supply you with is the New York limit on draws purchased with a regular playslip and the number of advance draws. According to the bet slip for The Big Game/Mega Millions in New York it is 26 draws in advance with the playslip.
  The number of advance draws you can buy most likely depends on each states capacity to store the bets in their individual computers.
  Some states may run a lottery albeit a small one which cannot hold more than several advance draw bets.
  The playslip in YOUR state will let you see how many draws are possible to purchase in advance.
