There are Sting Operations where Lottery Clerks are tested on their honesty by Undercover Lottery Officials posing as Lottery Players. The WORST case I heard was where a Lottery Clerk told the Undercover Lottery Official his $1,000 winning ticket was a LOSER, the Undercover Lottery Official Thanked him for "Checking," and then left. The Lottery Clerk KEPT the ticket, and then.... Forged his Wife's name and signature on the ticket and the Claim Form and mailed them in. When it was time to confront him for failing the Sting Operation, his Wife was arrested.... She looked completely confused. The Lottery Clerk admitted he forged her signature and name on the ticket and claim form and she didn't even KNOW about the Lottery Ticket. He admitted he did it because he NEEDED the money and admitted he was stupid for falling for a bait Ticket. Poor Wife. I feel so sorry for her. :/ She was completely innocent in this whole mess and her Husband used her as an unwilling Pawn and Scapegoat and got her arrested.

"What's your ADDRESS?" May be the CREEPIEST question EVER asked to a Lottery Winner! O.O WTF?

At first, I found the one digit away draws kind of amusing, but now I am PISSED! 15 or 16 times I was off by just one digit in recent times!🤬 No longer find this amusing, it's making me REALLY angry now!🤬

Hmm. I wonder if he knew something was up with that ticket since he forged his Wife's name and her signature on the ticket rather than his own. MANY Lottery Clerks who failed the Sting Operations put THEIR OWN name and signature, not a SPOUSE'S.

"What's your ADDRESS?" May be the CREEPIEST question EVER asked to a Lottery Winner! O.O WTF?

At first, I found the one digit away draws kind of amusing, but now I am PISSED! 15 or 16 times I was off by just one digit in recent times!🤬 No longer find this amusing, it's making me REALLY angry now!🤬

Lottery Clerk named Tyna Dull is pretty bad too. Tyna claimed a $1,000 Winning Lottery Ticket that an Undercover Lottery Official presented her was a Loser and he asked her again and she again said,"Nope. Not a Winner. He left. Tyna then took the "Losing," Winning Ticket and went to her Local Lottery Office to claim the ticket, expecting to get a check for $1,000 and was instead Investigated by the Lottery Officials instead of being handed a $1,000 check. She made up a bunch of BS about how she got the Winning Ticket. .... She finally admitted she got it from a "Customer," and admitted she knew it was a Winning Ticket when she claimed to that "Customer," that it was a loser. She got fired from her job and had to pay a fine. She was also put on the News and YouTube for a bunch of People to see what she did.... No money from the Lottery, lost job, have to pay fine, and bad reputation due to MILLIONS of People knowing what she did. She knows she messed up VERY badly.

Stealing $1000 lotto ticket is nothing. At least 2 clerks from NY and NJ stole a million bucks scratcher from customers.

Okay, those are VERY bad too. I still think that technically, the guy who put his Wife's name and forged her signature on the ticket and the Claim Form and she had no idea about the ticket in the first place and was arrested because of him using her as an unwilling Pawn/Scapegoat is worse, principle wise...

A Lottery Player named Bob played The Lottery for years at a certain Gas Station for years. He and a Lottery Clerk I'll call Sam knew each other for those years. Bob loved playing Megamillions. One day, he gave Sam a Megamillions ticket to check. This was before the Self Scanning Kiosk.

Sam checked it and claimed Bob won $4. Bob played two Megamillions tickets and left. One day, Bob was just surfing the Web and saw that the Winning Megamillions for that drawing he played was like 2,6,,23,26,32 with a Megaball of 8. The Payout for all five numbers with no Megaball was $500,000. Bob remembered playing those same 5 numbers, but had a Megaball of 8. He called the Police and the Police and Bob went to that Gas Station. Sam wasn't there, it was a Random Clerk. The Police asked the new Clerk to let them see Surveillance. Lo and behold, Bob was on Surveillance playing the first five numbers with no Megaball.

It turns out, Sam was shown on Camera pocketing the ticket after claiming Bob just won $4, cashed it in at at a Lottery Office and then fled the Country. The Lottery said they would pay Bob his $500,000 minus taxes and fees. Bob said he would use his Take Home Winnings to send his Kids to College, renovate his House and put the rest in Savings. Smart man. :)

This was supposed to say he had a Megaball of 11, not 8. It was too late when I noticed that I inadvertently said that he won all numbers including the Megaball when he actually missed the Megaball but had all five numbers.
